I recently ordered several items for my office and received fast shipping at a reasonable price
I needed a magnet memo board in an unusual size, and discovered it at urbangirl.com. The price was reasonable, the customer perks unexpected and the shipping very prompt. I will definitely keep this site in mind when I have desk and organizing needs. Their wonderful customer service is greatly appreciated.
The website is easy to navigate, and with very nice graphics to make for easy viewing. Detailed photos and descriptions of each item doesn't leave you with any unanswered questions. The checkout process is easy, and quick. Pages load very quickly, and all previous order info is easily logged for you in your account info in case you need to refer back to a previous order to see what it was you had ordered, quantity, size, color, etc., etc..
My order was shipped within 48 hours! I didn't have to wait to receive my new day planner. I love my new "portable desk". It is just as it looked on the website, with all the specifications accurate, etc. I couldn't be happier with my order, the phenomenal service, and at how quickly my order arrived. I will definitely be a loyal and repeat customer.
It's nice to find different places for office supplies. There's some items I found a little overpriced. But I'm very pleased with what I purchased. I will come back to your site when I need more supplies.

Ordered At-A-Glance Planning Notebook in January 2014. Advertised as covering 3 years which I thought would be 2014, 2015 and 2016. Instead received a product covering 2012, 2013 and 2014. If Urbangirl was marketing stale products they should have so stated up front. In process of returning product for replacement or refund.
Was looking for unique document files as I am a multiple pet family and wanted something that represented "each" personality. These files exceeded my expectations!!! THANKS...

I ordered a chairmat at 10 AM CT. This was a chairmat I had tried to order from several other sites prior to finding Urbangirl. I received the chairmat the next day in the middle of the afternoon!! I will be looking on this site first from now on when I need to order anything that they might carry.

I'm very pleased with the service provided by UrbanGirl! I spent quite a bit of time looking for the perfect planner (i'm picky, i know). After being disappointed by a variety of physical and online stores, I decided to do a random search and happily stumbled onto UrbanGirl. I'm sure I'll be coming back to them in the future!

WOW, what an awesome shopping experience I had at Urban Girl !!!! Not only did they carry the product Tyvek envelopes that I needed and could not find anywhere else for anything less than $1.00 a piece but had 100 envelopes under $30.00. They beat out Amazon for price as well. YAHOOOOOOO!!! Also, saved on the 100 1/3 cut manilla file folders. They beat out all other places!! Saved money there too. Really they have awesome prices, fast ship, and packaging was perfect and so were my products. Thank you Urban Girl, you saved me a lot of bucks. My order came in quickly and the folders looked just like they did in the computer image. I'd like to see more color coordinated folders and accessories for the desktop though.

I looked everywhere searching for a block calendar. Urban girl was the only place that sold them! And they were extremely cute and stylish. I took a look at the other products they sold and I was amazed. I've never seen such artsy and unique office supplies. What an ingenious idea. Also, when my block calendar arrived it had been damaged during shipping. I was really worried because I didn't review the return policy before purchasing the item. To my pleasant surprise, not only did urbangirl ship me out a new product but they paid for the return shipping of the detective item and the shipping to resend a new one. They were friendly and pleasant to deal with. Also, they ship the items fast and they arrive very quickly.
