by: Kaelie Kelleher

July 3, 2014

On June 28th Faena Arts Center, in Buenos Aires, opened Mendoza Walking, a four piece exhibition by Richard Long illustrating 17 days he spent in the Andes Mountains of Argentina. These pieces used materials native to the region to explore art and nature, humans and the environment. One of the pieces, titled Andes-Paraná is made from mud and clay from the region while another, Pampas Dreaming, was made from wood of the region.
