National's AOM faculty and students had a great time at ILaaom's annual Asian Moon Festival in Chicago last weekend! A 10-course Chinese family-style meal was served while a panel of local MDs and licensed acupuncturists discussed "Convergent Medicines in Illinois: Status and Future of AOM in IL Hospitals."

The American Massage Therapy Association recently held its annual convention in Denver, Co. Dr. Jerrilyn Cambron was there from NUHS, and had a chance to meet keynote speaker, Dr. Mehmet Oz. Dr. Cambron is also the president of the Massage Therapy Foundation and co-founder of massagenet.org.
