I saw this story in the New York Times. I feel it is of interest.
Notice how 1O Downing Street and the Met Police are now seemingly careful to falsely claim that they never committed themselves to the Muslim-suicide-bombers theory of 7 July!
The other disinformational meaning is to engage doubters, by seeming to share their doubts while drawing them into accepting the most false aspects of the tale:
1. The 4 lads were each definitely found at the explosion sites, identified first, straightaway, and promptly tagged as the bombers because of the ways their bodies were positioned!
2. The bombs were definitely carried onto the trains and onto the only London bus diverted that morning, by the 3 Leeds lads and their co-religionist.
3. The homemade and unstable bombs were detonated near-simultaneously by homemade means unknown. The dodgy bombs were driven from Leeds to London. The lads inexplicably left more bombs in their cars, at Luton.
4. No explanation is given for the police search of Luton station. With good reason: whoever led the police to Luton was involved in the false flag operation. There is no way the police could possibly have detected their way to the cars left at Luton station containing the left-over bombs and other incriminating items placed inside them.
So, the Muslims still did it.
What about the recent anonymous, official "narrative", which Blair and Blair no longer believe in?
No evidence has yet been published that the lads were even in London.

The SCO also indicated it would soon invite Iran, India, Pakistan, and Mongolia -- nations that have observer status in the organization -- to become full members.
That the SCO provided Iran with a diplomatic embrace at a time when the United States is trying to isolate Tehran over its nuclear program is yet another instance of how the grouping is thumbing its nose at Washington, analysts say.
``We are on the right track for expansion of relations and ties, and the SCO can play a very important role in promoting peace, tranquility and sustainable security in the region," Iran's president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, said at a news conference Friday.
At the heart of this power play is a battle for influence in strategically located Central Asia and the energy-rich region around the Caspian Sea.
The area has always been seen by Beijing, Moscow, Tehran, and New Delhi as their backyard. But in the months after the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, Washington surprised these regional powers by using the international alarm over global terrorism to establish new military bases in Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan.
Washington has also used its clout to win major energy deals in the area and to help create the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline, which allows Western countries to directly access the Caspian Sea's energy reserves without needing to go through Russia or Iran.
Shi Yinhong, director of the American Studies program at the People's University in Beijing, said concerns in the region also rose last year when the United States supported revolutions that toppled pro-Russian and pro-Chinese allies in Ukraine, Georgia, and Kyrgyzstan, and replaced them with pro-Western democrats.
Madhav Nalapat, professor of geopolitics at the Manipal University in southern India, said the SCO, which began five years ago with a modest goal of managing Central Asia's ethnic tensions, has become the diplomatic shell under which the region's rising powers and disgruntled dictators are pooling their common umbrage against the geopolitical dominance of the United States.
``The SCO is well on track to becoming an organization that directly challenges the geopolitical reach of the US," he said.
Last July, as soon as Iran, India, and Pakistan were inducted into the SCO as observers, the organization also formally asked the United States to withdraw its troops from member states. Since then, Uzbekistan has asked the United States to vacate an air base it set up after the Sept. 11 attacks.
Both Russia and India have also established military bases in Tajikistan, not far from the US base in that country.
The economic endgame in all this is to dilute Washington's hold over the Caspian Sea's energy reserves, said Robert Karniol, Asia-Pacific editor for Jane's Defense Weekly. China and India, the world's fastest-growing energy consumers, want to divert Central Asia's energy resources toward their own economies, and Iran and Russia, the region's largest energy suppliers, are keen to reduce their dependence on sales to the West, Karniol said.
Over the last year, China, India, Russia, and Iran have signed energy deals valued at about $500 billion with one another and also have begun to talk of about creating a Central Asian ``energy club" that would have its own pipeline network and energy market.
India and China have raised Washington's ire with a proposal to convert the prized Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline, which has been designed to bring gas to Europe, into a feeder for Asia. India wants to extend the pipeline to Syria, from where oil would be loaded onto tankers and shipped to Asia through the Red Sea.
However, the seamless evolution of the SCO into a cohesive grouping is far from certain. India is increasingly deepening ties with the United States. Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Mongolia are also US allies.
SCO members also need to learn how to work together at a strategic level, analysts say. For example, Ahmadinejad was adamant in saying the world's problems existed because of governments and leaders who have turned away from the teachings of God. It has been alleged that the American trained Indonesian military used mentally backward youths in their terror plots.
A few years ago, elements of the Indonesian military wanted to topple Indonesia's President Wahid. Allegedly, in East Java the military dressed up as Ninjas. Allegedly the military then dumped mental patients in villages. When the village vigilantes arrived, they thought the mentally backward youths were Ninjas and chopped their heads off. Indonesia was destabilised.
There is a suspicion that the security services recruit their patsies from among the weakest members in society: people with mental problems, people who are petty criminals, people who can be easily brainwashed.

A MAN with an IQ of just 69 is believed to be the trigger behind the bungled terror raid in Forest Gate, East London.
Ex-waiter Mohammed Abu Bakr Mansha, 22, was a childhood pal of the innocent two brothers arrested in the dawn swoop by police two weeks ago.
In January he was jailed for six years for terror offences - and even described in court as an "utter incompetent". Soon afterwards, friends of brothers Abul Kahar, 23, and Abul Koyair, 20, visited him at top-security Belmarsh prison, in South-East London.
And, the Sunday Mirror has learned, that meeting sparked a surveillance operation on the men by the security services. According to a friend of the brothers, they laughed at constantly being followed. Our source said: "It was so obvious we treated it as a joke."
Then new information came through, said to include detailed drawings of a suicide vest.
That led to Operation Volga - the botched police operation to arrest the brothers, which led to Kahar being shot. After seven days in custody they were released without charge amid claims of incompetence and brutality.
Friends of the men believe dim Mansha was the trigger for the extraordinary operation.
Mansha's lawyer Sara O'Keefe revealed how her client was moved just before the raid from category 'A' Belmarsh to a softer category 'B' jail. She did not know why he got the favourable treatment, or whether he unwittingly helped MI5. Told that the brothers knew they were being followed she said: "That sounds about right."
Mansha - serving six years for possessing an old address of a British Army war hero, which police suspected was part of a terror plot - is appealing against his sentence. His trial revealed him to be educationally subnormal with an IQ of 69 - compared to the average of 100. In the US that would make his court evidence unreliable.
If Mansha is confirmed as the trigger for the raid, it will be hugely humiliating for the security services in their battle against terror.
Police and intelligence officials claim the information was from a reliable single source who knew the brothers and whom the security services had dealt with before.
But our probe suggests that if Mansha was at the centre of the investigation, the intelligence is highly suspect and deeply embarrassing for MI5. Vajahat Sharif, lawyer for one brother, slammed the "scattergun" approach, saying it would lead to police targeting more innocent people. He said: "Where does this stop? What about Mansha's friends, family or neighbours? They know him, so presumably they're terrorists."
A friend of the brothers said they'd grown up with Mansha. He said: "We used to play in the street. Abu was strange. He'd suddenly lose it. Once while playing street football, he got upset as no one passed to him. He took out a gun and went pop, pop, pop."
He added: "Once I saw him pee in the eye of a man lying on the floor, for fun. I've seen him do all sorts, bad things, because he's a nutter - but he's no al-Qaeda bomber. He needs help, not banging up. A few guys visited him in jail. I didn't go as I didn't like him, but suddenly Kahar and Koyair were being followed. It was so obvious we all treated it like a joke. Maybe if I'd gone too they'd have raided my house and shot me. It's a f***ing outrage."
On June 2 at 4am 250 officers, including forensic and chemicals experts, waited at the terraced home of their parents Abul Kalam and Alif Jan. Bursting through a window, 50 cops met Kahar and Koyair on the stairs. Kahar was shot in the shoulder. They were held for seven days as police dug the garden and drilled holes into walls seeking a chemical device.
A week later police issued a grudging apology, outraging locals. The brothers are suing for distress, wrongful imprisonment and damage to their house. But a pal said: "They don't blame Abu, he's an old friend. But he's capable of saying and doing anything. If he did say anything it would be madness if the police took him seriously."
Ex-intelligence analyst Crispin Black, who is investigating the case, said: "To think that a prisoner with an IQ of 69 could be at the centre of this operation is sheer lunacy. If this is the 'intelligence' trigger for the raid it shows something has gone seriously wrong. Everyone knew about the surveillance - children were knocking on car windows asking officers who they were watching. If they were terrorists, they had plenty of warning. They also arrested them at home, where they could be near an explosive device, rather than at work.
"Making intelligence judgements is their core skill. If they don't do it properly it's depressing.
"Police and security services must now be open and honest, and tell us what this '' intelligence was and why they acted the way they did. Without that - and with the brothers' very believable testimony -we're left with public cynicism which will' make it harder to trap terrorists."

The hidden forces behind wars
Sometimes there are hidden forces that bring about wars.
These hidden forces make money from wars.
Often these hidden forces supply weapons to both sides in the conflict.
Often the intelligence chiefs on both sides of the conflict are old pals.
An example of this would appear to be World War I.
If Britain had announced in 1914 that it was not going to get involved in the dispute between Austria and Serbia, there would have been no World War One. France did not want war. Russia could not go to war without support from France and Britain.
But certain people within the British establishment wanted war, and their motives may not have been entirely concerned with nationalism, imperialism or jingoism.
According to an article by Henry Makow at http://www.savethemales.ca/ , 17 June 2006, "the murder of the Austrian heir Arch Duke Ferdinand by the masonic "Black Hand" group (which began WWI) was a staged event, an ‘excuse’ i.e. the equivalent of Sept. 11, 2001."
Makow writes:
On Oct 12, 1915, Edith Cavell, 50, a British nurse and head of a teaching hospital in Belgium, was shot by a German firing squad. Her death inflamed anti-German feeling in the US and caused enlistment in England to double.
She had helped some British POW's escape. Normally her crime was punished by three months imprisonment. Why was she killed?
According to Eustace Mullins, Edith Cavell had stumbled upon some damaging information. On April 15, 1915, The Nursing Mirror in London published her letter revealing that the Allied "Belgian Relief Commission" (charged with feeding Belgium) was in fact channeling thousands of tons of supplies to Germany.
Sir William Wiseman, head of British Intelligence and a partner in the bankers Kuhn Loeb, demanded the Germans arrest and execute Cavell as a spy. Wiseman believed that "the continuance of the war was at stake." The Germans reluctantly agreed, thus creating "one of the principal martyrs of the First World War." (The Secrets of the Federal Reserve, pp. 72-73)
Pretty cynical you say? No more cynical than demolishing the World Trade Center, murdering over 3000 Americans to start a "War on Terror."
This example of wartime cooperation between belligerents was accomplished because Wiseman worked closely with the head of the US Federal Reserve, Paul Warburg . Warburg's brother Max was Chief of German Intelligence and a close friend of Kaiser Wilhelm.
...As Edith Cavell's discovery suggests, the banksters... traded with "neutral" states: Switzerland, Belgium, Holland, Denmark, Norway and Sweden. The banksters allowed essential resources from England, the US and the British Empire to reach Germany indirectly.
The whole thing is documented in a book entitled, "The Triumph of Unarmed Forces 1914-1918" (1923) by Rear Admiral M.W.W.P. Consett, who was British Naval Attache in Scandinavia. His job was to keep track of the movement of supplies ("unarmed forces") necessary for the continuation of the conflict.
For example, Scandinavia was completely dependent on British coal. So the Swedish iron ore that became German submarines that sank Allied shipping reached Germany on vessels powered by British coal.
Germany needed glycerin (animal fat) for the manufacture of explosives. England had no trouble securing this substance because it controlled the seas. After the war began, the demand for these products from neutral countries "exploded." The British continued to fill these orders.
The same applies to copper, zinc, nickel, tin, and many other essential products. Consett believes that if they had been embargoed, the war would have been over by 1915.
The trade of tea, coffee and cocoa to neutral countries also increased dramatically but these products often weren't available there. They all went to Germany for huge profit.
Consett's protests fell on deaf ears. The Minister of Blockade was Robert Cecil, a member of the Round Table (i.e. central banker) cabal.
Similarly, the central bankers financed the German side through their Scandinavian banks to the tune of 45 million pound sterling. (p. 146.)
The Allied nations became the banksters' debt slaves: "Despite the huge revenues raised from taxation, the British national debt rose tenfold. The government failed to use its bargaining power as the only really massive borrower in wartime to get money at low rates of interest. The French national debt rose from 28 billion to 151 billion francs ..." (Davies, The History of Money )

She had helped some British POW's escape. Normally her crime was punished by three months imprisonment. Why was she killed?
According to Eustace Mullins, Edith Cavell had stumbled upon some damaging information. On April 15, 1915, The Nursing Mirror in London published her letter revealing that the Allied "Belgian Relief Commission" (charged with feeding Belgium) was in fact channeling thousands of tons of supplies to Germany.
Sir William Wiseman, head of British Intelligence and a partner in the bankers Kuhn Loeb, demanded the Germans arrest and execute Cavell as a spy. Wiseman believed that "the continuance of the war was at stake." The Germans reluctantly agreed, thus creating "one of the principal martyrs of the First World War." (The Secrets of the Federal Reserve, pp. 72-73)
Pretty cynical you say? No more cynical than demolishing the World Trade Center, murdering over 3000 Americans to start a "War on Terror."
This example of wartime cooperation between belligerents was accomplished because Wiseman worked closely with the head of the US Federal Reserve, Paul Warburg . Warburg's brother Max was Chief of German Intelligence and a close friend of Kaiser Wilhelm.
...As Edith Cavell's discovery suggests, the banksters... traded with "neutral" states: Switzerland, Belgium, Holland, Denmark, Norway and Sweden. The banksters allowed essential resources from England, the US and the British Empire to reach Germany indirectly.
The whole thing is documented in a book entitled, "The Triumph of Unarmed Forces 1914-1918" (1923) by Rear Admiral M.W.W.P. Consett, who was British Naval Attache in Scandinavia. His job was to keep track of the movement of supplies ("unarmed forces") necessary for the continuation of the conflict.
For example, Scandinavia was completely dependent on British coal. So the Swedish iron ore that became German submarines that sank Allied shipping reached Germany on vessels powered by British coal.
Germany needed glycerin (animal fat) for the manufacture of explosives. England had no trouble securing this substance because it controlled the seas. After the war began, the demand for these products from neutral countries "exploded." The British continued to fill these orders.
The same applies to copper, zinc, nickel, tin, and many other essential products. Consett believes that if they had been embargoed, the war would have been over by 1915.
The trade of tea, coffee and cocoa to neutral countries also increased dramatically but these products often weren't available there. They all went to Germany for huge profit.
Consett's protests fell on deaf ears. The Minister of Blockade was Robert Cecil, a member of the Round Table (i.e. central banker) cabal.
Similarly, the central bankers financed the German side through their Scandinavian banks to the tune of 45 million pound sterling. (p. 146.)
The Allied nations became the banksters' debt slaves: "Despite the huge revenues raised from taxation, the British national debt rose tenfold. The government failed to use its bargaining power as the only really massive borrower in wartime to get money at low rates of interest. The French national debt rose from 28 billion to 151 billion francs ..." (Davies, The History of Money )
...What were the banksters' aims? The Old Order was destroyed. Four empires (Russia, Germany, Austro-Hungarian and Ottoman) lay in ruins.
...The banksters also supported the Nazis in World War Two as Charles Higham documents in his remarkable book, "Trading with the Enemy" (1983). For example, Rockefeller's Standard Oil supplied petroleum to the Nazis.

The Guardian reports that:
Former Pentagon battlefield analyst, Marc Garlasco, investigated the deaths for Human Rights Watch.
"You have the crater size, the shrapnel, the types of injuries, their location on the bodies. That all points to a shell dropping from the sky, not explosives under the sand," he said.
"I've been to hospital and seen the injuries. The doctors say they are primarily to the head and torso. That is consistent with a shell exploding above the ground, not a mine under it."
Mr Garlasco produced shrapnel from the site apparently marked as a 155mm shell used by the army that day.
The Guardian article points out:
Hospital admissions records, testimony from doctors and ambulance men and eyewitness accounts suggest that the (Israeli) military has got the timing of the explosion wrong, and that it occurred while the (Israeli) army was still shelling the beach.
