The plumber came in and told us that the only thing they can do is replace the existing Faucet with a new one. We were Ok with it, though it was very expensive, since we wanted the work to be done soon. He mentioned that there is nothing to be worried since all he will do is replace the existing two control system with a huge baseplate. He mentioned that there will be no need to replace any tiles etc.
Within 10 minutes of him starting the work, some files fell down and he called me in and told me that there is a wooden wall behind instead of a dry wall and that surrounding tiles fell down. He said that they do not put the tiles back.
By then he had already started the work and me asking him to stop the work would not have put the tiles back. So asked him to finish the job. He worked hard, but at the end we have a bathroom with so many tiles which fell off and I have to call another tiles person to fix those.
I am thoroughly disappointed because when they have been doing this work since years, don't they know how to put back the tiles. Now my bathroom is unusable till I call another professional and another set of hundreds of dollars.
For the price, we paid we expected complete work. If unforeseen things come up during their work, it is their responsibility to fix those and not leave us in a lurch.

They started using helpers who are not well trained and need to spend a lot of time on the job. Quality of work sees noticeably decline from my prior experience while costs have been much higher than expected due to longer time spent on the job.

The plumber came as scheduled, found that he needed the approval of my condo association to shut off the water, and came back in an hour when the association had opened in the morning. He realized that my job was urgent (no water) and gave it high priority, telling me to call him the moment I had the go-ahead from my association. The work itself was done well and according to estimate. I took advantage of his presence to ask him to fix two leaky toilets. The plumber explained clearly what he was doing. Overall, I was very satisfied.

It was hard to get the company to call me back on the phone, but when I finally did they were friendly, professional, and courteous. Work was scheduled to begin on Monday the 24th between 9:00 and 10:00, representative arrived at 10:37. Once he started work, he was great. Not having a lot of places to compare to, not sure if price was too much or not, but he was here for about 5 hours and fixed a lot of things. was friendly and pleasant and explained everything he was doing. He also didn't mind getting scared by one of my cats who popped out of a cabinet at him, and was such a good sport about it! Would try them again in future.

Very very very very bad, I order using big deal $50 for $200 of worth. The guy spent only 15 min, actually broke the working ones I did not fix the not working ones. He says He can only spent 15 min for the money I paid. This is a fraud deal. If he spends 15 min for $200 work then do that what is his cost of labour.

We had a leak under our sink and at first we tried to fix it ourselves. The hot water connection T joint connecting the dishwasher to our faucet under the sink would spring a leak after a week as the glue melted with the heat. came and fixed our problem and charged us a very good rate. About 10 days later, the sink leaked again at a different part and the same plumber came to fix it successfully and he didn't charge us anything! They really know about customer service! Pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. If we have any future need for a plumber, we will definitely be calling them again! Thank you.”

We remodeled our kitchen in 2012, and they did the plumbing including the installation of a new drain vent. No plumbing problems two years later, very pleased. Since then we have had them replace some valves in the water supply, and most recently replace a gas water heater. Each time, very punctual, reasonable prices but not cheap (about 1100 for a 50 , installed, removed old heater).”

Great! He squeezed me in for today when I called him yesterday. It has been very cold and he is busy with all the pipes that have busted in other homes. He was on time, polite, courteous and just plain likable. He worked quickly, knew what he was doing, and cleaned up after himself.
He is definitely my go to plumber from now on.
