We had some issues where the toilet kept on leaking because we didn't follow through on one of his recommendations. He came back twice without complaints or attitude and eventually fixed the issue at no additional charge.

My only beef is that I had printed out a coupon for 10% off the first visit -- I left it on the counter and my didn't see it. We called the office the next day to say - hey, can you adjust our price? we had a coupon and explained the situation.... They wouldn't apply it - said that they needed it rendered at the time of service. I thought that was sub par.

I had a similar experience to other reviewers -- I purchased one of the Angie's List Deals, which was $200 worth of work for $99. What a mistake. First, he puts on a $50 charge just for driving his truck over to give an estimate. Then his prices are ridiculous. It cost me another $135 (on top of the $99) to replace the spigot, which took all of 10 minutes once he got around to it, since it was a screw on and needed no soldering. (Had I known I would have done it myself.) So overall I was charged $335 for this repair, adding in the $100 "deal" discount. I would have just sent him away without having him do anything, but was already into it for the $100 and he had the right spigot with him.
I also got estimates for some other potential projects and the costs were all quite high in my opinion. (My brother is a plumber in Milwaukee, WI, and he agrees!)
I do have to say that he was a nice guy and very knowledgeable and did a fine job in the end. However, at these prices I will not use him again. Nor will I buy another Angie's List Deal unless it is much more specific.

My kitchen drain was clogged for a couple days and after trying unsuccessfully to unclog it myself by plunging and using a plumbing snake, I called . They asked me if they wanted to come out that day but told them the next day was fine. They showed up a half hour early and diagnosed the problem right away. They gave me the cost up front based what may need to be done. They also gave reasons why it may have a tendency to clog which was the configuration of my drain pipes. They also also gave me recommendations on how I could install it differently and what I can use to clean the pipes. They also in matter of minutes removed my old outside faucet handle that was broke. Overall they were a little cheaper than others I have used and "Reliable". I would use them again.

We are purchasing a stucco house and wanted to get a stucco inspection with moisture readings. Due to our inspection deadline and the pending weather forecast, the owner of the company, , was nice enough to come out on a Sunday to perform the work. He was extremely thorough and explained everything he was doing in detail. He drilled small holes into the stucco and the checked for moisture behind it. The holes were quickly caulked back in with matching caulk. They are undetectable. I've seen reviews stating that he charges a lot but I don't think you can put a price on the peace of mind of knowing the condition of your stucco prior to buying a home...in comparison, the cost of removing/replacing stucco is in the tens of thousands. It would be a huge mistake not to have this information prior to purchasing a house. We would highly recommend him and would definitely hire him again.
