Hi Pathe, and thank you for thinking of Ben and me.
I bought this book in about 1970 for $7.50 from Cinemabilia of NYC.
One of my favorite items. Please post the whole thang if it's no trouble, the others may want to read it and get a straight and narrow glimpse of the man.
