KELLOGG INTRODUCES NEW POP-TARTS SNAK-STIX® FLAVORS

Battle Creek, MI, November 4, 2002 - - Just as the fall school term swings in to full gear, Kellogg (NYSE: K) introduces three new exciting Kellogg's® Pop-Tarts Snak-Stix® flavors: Cookies & Creme, Caramel Chocolate and Double Chocolate. Now in supermarkets nation-wide, the new flavors give kids and teens more ways to enjoy the great Kellogg's® Pop-Tarts taste they've come to love in the morning as a delicious after-school snack.

The launch of these tasty flavors coincides with the 2002 Top Ten American Idols Live! Tour. Pop-Tarts Snak-Stix is the proud sponsor of the 30-city arena tour, which began on October 8, 2002 and runs through November 20, 2002, starring the top 10 finalists from FOX's summer hit television show, American Idol: Search for a Superstar.

These, portable break-apart sticks are now available in: Cookies & Creme, a dark chocolate dough with vanilla icing and a creamy vanilla filling; Caramel Chocolate, a chocolate dough with chocolate icing and a delicious caramel filling; and Double Chocolate, a chocolate dough with chocolate icing and a rich chocolate filling. All three flavors feature fun icing drizzles on top.
