To join a team you will be required to attend an 8 hour Lean training session. Additionally, for a period of 8 weeks you will be meeting with your team for 2-3 hours each week. Arrangements will be made with your supervisor so that you may attend all training and meetings.
All Employees: Submit your ideas for process improvement!
We will be selecting 5-8 projects submitted by City employees each quarter. If chosen, you will participate on the project Lean Team with a Lean Coach and make your improvement happen! Winners will also have lunch with the Mayor and be eligible for other awards.
