Hi everyone,

UKIP conference in Birmingham was excellent – best yet. How the party has progressed! And the media was taking so much more notice of us – even The Guardian and Mirror giving coverage to UKIP. Inevitably the BBC focussed on a possible pact between UKIP and Conservatives (an idea coming from Tories and not from UKIP and which Nigel made plain was pretty unlikely to happen with a PM who has already proved his cast iron guarantees to be a sham.)

Marta Andreasen spoke on the real threat that our government will agree to EU proposals to increase Britain’s contribution to the EU Budget and asked us to support her e-petition calling on government to reduce it.
