Where did the BBS go?
The Mediabistro bulletin board started as a message board in 1999, offering a place for our community to ask questions and discuss media issues. Since then, new platforms for online commentary have been developed: from social media sites to in-site commenting systems. As our community migrated to these new platforms, the bulletin board waned.
