LUCY RAILEY, 81, started babysitting for Nancy Everett 45 years ago in Florida until Nancy turned 18. They had not seen or heard from each other in more than 30 years. Recently, however, the two women were both stunned to run into each other at Bradley Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Cleveland.
