Club won't appeal red card

Ronnie Moore says the Club won't appeal the red card shown to Ash Taylor in Saturday's 5-1 win against Coventry City.
The defender was sent off in the second half after catching Franck Moussa in the face with his foot.
As a result he will now miss the matches against Wolverhampton Wanderers, Colchester United and Peterborough United through suspension.
The Manager told Tranmere Player: "It's disappointing for a sending off, I think if the referee had used common sense it's probably a yellow card.
"But we've spoken to a lot of people concerning it and we won't appeal it.
"He has got two feet off the ground and scissor kicked it and then followed through.
"He hit the ball first but when he makes contact his foot is high and he has caught the lad in the eye.
"The lad has stooped down to head it and what is Ash supposed to do?
"But I've spoken to a few referees about it and they all think that to the letter of the law what he's done is a sending off and if we appeal it we won't win."
