Email’s a great communication tool before events for sending invitations, agendas, and directions. And it’s great after events for sending follow-up surveys, links to presentations, or incriminating photos from the happy hour. But during an event, email is practically useless. Invite attendees to sign up for your list, so you can text the entire group about lunch locations, delays, parking details, and anything else you need them to know right away. Your number remains private, and when the event’s over, we’ll delete your subscribers’ numbers from our system, too.
