Shandi Finnessey has something in common with her Dancing with the Stars opponent Billy Ray Cyrus. “I had a mullet growing up,” she admits. Unlike Billy Ray, however, she’s destined to become more than a one-hit wonder. A former Miss USA and current host of GSN’s Lingo and The Ultimate Blackjack Tour on CBS, Shandi kicked ass ballroom-style on the new season of Dancing with the Stars. And thankfully she got a brand-new ’do. “I changed on the outside,” she says. “But I still have an inner mullet.”

STUFF: When you performed on Dancing with the Stars, were you more concerned about humiliation or pain?
SHANDI: I wasn’t concerned about pain; I was concerned about keeping my wardrobe where it needed to be. No malfunctions! But even if something bad happens, it just makes you more human. It shows that you’re not perfect, and that’s fine with me.

So if a little nipple pops out, no big deal. You’re human!
So be it. People have cable. They’ve seen that before.
