Our Forum is a safe place for people affected by MND to share experiences and support each other with the challenges of living with the disease. The Forum is post moderated. Join up now
Whether you have been diagnosed with MND or you know someone who has, our services can make a real difference to how you cope in the future. These include MND Connect, Publications, Regional Care Development Advisers, Association Visitors, Branches, Equipment Loan, Support Grants and Care Centres.
You may be referred to any of the following services: Occupational Therapy, Social Services and NHS Services including GP, Physiotherapist, Community/District Nurse, Speech Therapist and Dietitian.
