- One of the few extremely ornate hotels built by the Adolphus-Busch family. Fully restored, it is among the limited historic buildings one can find in downtown Dallas.
- Exterior stone, brickwork and ornate masonry were restored by the Conley Group in compliance with Texas Historical Commission requirements.
