Tune In to D.C. Area Radio Show This Weekend for Tips to Survive the Holiday Season

by boiron on December 14th, 2012

If you are in the Washington, D.C. area this Sunday, tune in to “Essentials of Healthy Living” on Federal News Radio (1500 AM) to hear Boiron pharmacist Christophe Merville’s interview with host and licensed nutritionist Dana Laake. Christophe and Dana will coach us through what to do when we overeat and drink at one too many holiday parties. They’ll discuss the differences between a cold and flu and offer several cough, cold and flu solutions. And Christophe will review what parents need to know about coughs to successfully navigate their way through the many cough syrups on store shelves.

“Essentials of Healthy Living” airs every Sunday from 10-11 a.m. on 1500 AM, Federal News Radio (WFED). Not from the D.C. area? Listen to EHL live on the web. Missed the interview?
