Ep 1: Day of the Dino, Part 1

Three teens, Conner the jock, Kira the singer, and Ethan the gamer have all landed themselves in detention.  Lucky for them, it’s Dr. Tommy Oliver’s first day as a teacher and he would rather take the teens on a field trip than waste the afternoon in a stuffy classroom.

Dr. Oliver takes the kids to a museum of natural history, only something is afoot.  It is now owned by Anton Mercer Industries.  Tommy has had his own history with Anton Mercer.  He sends the group into the forest to search for fossils while he takes a closer look at the museum.

While digging around, the kids fall into a sinkhole.  While in this crazy cavern they discover the Dino Gems.  These Gems give them special powers.  Conner gets lightning quick agility, Ethan has armor for skin, and Kira has a voice loud enough to rival a rock concert.

While the kids figure out how to escape the underground cavern and fight off a group of Tyrannodrones, Tommy has his hands full with an actual Tyrannosaurus Rex that has come to life and is chasing him.   After Tommy narrowly escapes, the four of them meet up, but the kids conceal the fact that they found the Gems.

In the end, Kira is kidnapped by the Tyrannodrones and brought to the evil lair of Mesogog.  It will be up to the teens and Tommy to save her.

Ep 2: Day of the Dino, Part 2

While Tommy, Conner, and Ethan are on their way to rescue Kira, she meets Mesogog, a reptilian menace, and his henchmen, Elsa, a vile fembot and Zeltrax, a robotic wrongdoer.  After Kira keenly escapes through an invisaportal she meets up with the others in the forest.  Unfortunately for them, Zeltrax and a group of Tyrannodrones followed her.  After a brilliant battle, the evil goon and his foot soldiers retreat, but vow to return.

Then Mesogog releases his Bio Zords on the city.  Tommy has no choice but to take the teens back to his cave and give them Dino Morphers.  Tommy tells the new Rangers that they can tame the wild Bio Zords through telepathic powers given to them by the Dino Gems.

The Power Rangers tame the Zords and use them to destroy Zeltrax’s ship.   As they celebrate, Tommy reminds them that there are many battles yet to win.

Ep 3: Wave Goodbye

Ethan has invited Conner and Kira to his favorite hang-out, Hayley’s Cyber Space, so they can learn something about each other’s day to day lives.  While there, Conner and Kira meet Hayley, the girl who somehow knows everything about everyone.  She tells Conner about a soccer tryout for the Reefside Waves, the town’s professional soccer team.  Conner jumps at the chance.  Meanwhile, Mesogog instructs Zeltrax and Elsa to continue looking for the dino eggs.

In a remote part of the forest, Tommy and Ethan have found a dino egg that is almost ready to hatch, but alas, Zeltrax, Gretta, and a group of Tyrannodrones have arrived and the fight is on.  Ethan calls for help just as Conner is impressing the coach of the Waves with his precocious soccer skills.  Conner leaves the tryout to help the others win the fight, but decides afterward that soccer is more important and he is quitting the Rangers.

As Conner is coming to terms with his decision, another battle breaks out with Mesogog.  Conner decides to help the Rangers one last time.  After the fight is over, and they have won, he is thanked by a little girl whom he saved.  The responsibility of being a Power Ranger hits home and Conner decides to stay.  As it turns out, he didn’t make the team anyway, but Tommy has been captured by Mesogog!
