There was plenty of food and live music at the "Stop the Violence Rally."
The event was held Saturday at McIntosh Park in Dayton.
People are spoke out against bullying; sharing their stories, and tips to deal with bullying and other positive ways people can encourage one another.
"Bullying will affect your every day life and in order for us to succeed in becoming a better community, we need to bring a stop to violence, we need to bring a stop to bullying. We need to let people know there are options and there is help out here," said Lydia Bullock.
Several groups came together to make this event possible including New Beginnings and For the Love of Children.
Organizers hope to make this rally an annual event.
