It has an airport, a hospital, newspapers and a Department of Public Works for a population of 70,000. Yes, we're talking about “Black Rock City,” the place where Burning Man happens each year. Thanks to +Skybox Imaging we can now see how it appears, and disappears almost as fast, in the middle of the dessert.

The reason you wouldn't know that is because it's not true, +Sonya gipson . Yawns are thought to be "contagious" because of our animal instinct. Studies show that monkeys and other species of great apes respond to yawning in a similar way. For example, an ape yawns to signal a predator in the area. Their mental instinct says to yawn to warn others around them. Other experiments show that yawns may just be a social thing. Yawning occurs when your body is bored of your current activity, or when it's mentally exhausted. So you yawn, triggering other people around you to yawn in response. This is because they sense you're tired or bored, and their minds realize that, too. So, essentially, yawning isn't as much contagious as it is just a social anomaly. It's not a disease, and it has no ties, not even a thread, with tuberculosis. Fun facts!

There’s no dish that has more pride than “chiles en nogada.” These green chiles are stuffed with picadillo, covered in a white walnut cream and topped with red pomegranate seeds, dressing the meal in the colors of the Mexican flag. Happy Independence Day to Mexico!
