How to File a Title VI Complaint
AC Transit is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in, or denied the benefits of its services on the basis of race, color or national origin as protected by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended (*Title VI*). If you believe you have been subjected to discrimination under Title VI, you may file a written complaint. Please complete the Complaint Form and send to:

We accept applications for new or lost cards, and renewals for the RTC program. For detailed information on the RTC program please visit RTC information.
To report personal belongings left on the bus, visit Report a Lost Item, or you may call Customer Relations at (510) 891-4706. Please be prepared to give the route, date and description of item(s). You will be notified if the item is found, after which it may be claimed at the Oakland Ticket Office. Items are kept for 90 days.
