Company Authority
Company Authority is the name given to the authority management system for users of this website who want to maintain company information on the Register of Companies.
The Company Authority system replaces company keys but you may still need your company key for the transition to establish Company Authority.
Who can have Company Authority?
Company Authority will be granted to directors and also to certain authorised persons.
How do you get Company Authority?
The person who incorporates the company online will be automatically granted Company Authority. After incorporation there are three ways to confirm Company Authority.

There are different levels of Company Authority and confidentiality rules that apply to the authority management system.
How do you grant or revoke authority?
If access is no longer required Company Authority can be revoked online.
What happened to company keys?
The previous company authority management system using company keys has been replaced by the new Company Authority system.
