Programme Director – Digital Transformation – Leading Charity – London – £70K +

This well known charity which has firmly put its cause onto the political agenda in the past few years, is looking to a hire a Digital Programme Director, with a successful track record in organization wide digital transformation programme management.
The charity’s existing digital activities have to date delivered very effectively, but they are now looking to develop a truly cross organizational step change in digital performance -  in a way that delivers committed and growing online communities, a genuinely value adding supporter and client journey, and a complete shift in how they integrate their services using digital technology to help more people more effectively and efficiently.
You will be an experienced senior deliverer of digital programme management for medium-to-large organisations, who is passionate about the capability of digital functionality to enable organisations.
With strong leadership, senior managerial and analytical skills; the ability to analyze data and make recommendations and investment cases at the highest levels of the organization as well as the ability to business partner critical internal functions and stakeholders
You will have very extensive experience of creative and/or technical development of existing and emerging digital solutions and technology to tackle key organisation problems across communications, sales and service delivery, and their integration embracing search, UX, analytics, content, social media, CRM, mobile media, e-commerce, etc.
Demonstrable experience of embedding new practices in digital across an organisation is also key – including; carrying out a training needs analysis and experience of working with training specialists in delivering a digital learning programme tailored to support new ways of working.
