by boiron on March 23rd, 2012

Spring is finally here! While the flowers are blooming and birds are singing, muscles are also aching from outdoor activities, noses and eyes are running from allergies, and tender skin is getting a little burnt after the winter hibernation. So what can you do?  For starters, you can tune  in to “Health Media” on Tuesday, March 27 at 6:30 p.m. EST, as host Alex Lubarsky and Dr. Elena Klimenko offer tips on how to treat some of these common springtime problems.  The show will feature natural solutions, including homeopathic medicines such as Arnica montana for pain relief, Boiron’s Sabadil for allergies, and Calendula for skin irritations.

For the last 10 years, “Health Media” has invited “wellness-oriented healers from across the world [to] share ideas, concepts and philosophy to create a biologic terrain that fosters optimal health, natural beauty, fabulous fitness and lifelong wellness.” Live in the New York/Long Island area? Check out the show on WGBB 1240 AM. Not a New Yorker? Listen online here.
