Tips For A Healthy Fall From Dr. Lauren Feder
Calling all moms in the SoCal area! Head to BINI Birth in Sherman Oaks this Monday, October 28 for the Fall Health Panel, hosted by SoCal Moms. Led by three panelists—Dr. Lauren Feder of the Center for Natural Family Medicine, parent educator and green nest expert Rachel Myers, and licensed acupuncturist and herbalist Abigail Morgan—the program will focus on ways for your family to stay healthy this fall, including natural remedies to relieve cold and flu symptoms, healthy home tips and nutrition. The panels will also participate in an open Q&A with attendees.
Tickets for the event are $15 (or $25 if you bring a friend) and include raffle tickets, snacks, drinks, and a Boiron gift bag of cough, cold and flu medicines.
