Join the “Your 2 Cents” Twitter Party and Learn More About Organic Food & Farming
Boiron has teamed up with the Rodale Institute to support organic food and farming through the “Your 2 Cents” program. This program awards scholarships to students of organic agriculture, helps military veterans establish careers in organic farming, and supports new organic farmers. It also establishes research grants for farmers. For every case of Arnicare sold, Boiron makes a contribution. If you want to learn more about the program, the issues it faces, and how you can help, participate in tonight’s “Your 2 Cents” Twitter party at 7 p.m. EST, hosted by the Rodale Institute and Organic Gardening magazine. Use the #2Cents hashtag to join in the chat, and contribute your “two cents” in regards to food and farming issues. Organic farmer, biodynamic gardener and Rodale Institute’s executive director Mark Smallwood, “Your 2 Cents” 2012 grant recipient Susie Sutphin, and Potter’s Farm’s head harvester Leah Zerbe will also participate in the conversation.
