Keeping Well During Summer Travel in Latest Issue of 24/Seven Magazine

by boiron on August 8th, 2012

Planning a trip this summer? Then click here to read Raphaele Cohen-Bacry’s article, “Homeopathic Medicines and Wellness Tips for Summer Travel” in the August 2012 issue of Change Your Attitude…Change Your Life: 24/seven.

In the article, pharmacist and professional educational specialist Cohen-Bacry offers tip to minimize the risks of getting sick while traveling, as well as how to handle other common travel issues, such as heavy legs and ear aches. “The simple fact that we all have to sit so close to one another for many hours increases our chances of getting sick,” says Cohen-Bacry. “Do not place items that come in contact with your mouth, like food or napkins, in the back pocket of the seat. It’s doubtful that those mesh pockets are thoroughly cleaned, and other passengers may have stuffed them with less-than-hygienic items like used tissues!”

Launched in November 2010 by Joan Herrmann, host and executive producer of the “Change Your Attitude…Change Your Life” radio show, Change Your Attitude…Change Your Life: 24/seven is a free monthly digital magazine for “personal growth and self-empowerment.” For more information and to read past issues, click here.
