With These Essentials, Travel Success is in the Bag!

by boiron on September 5th, 2012

If small-time disasters happen every time you travel, you’ll want to click here to read professional travel journalist Debbi K. Kickham’s article, “Travel Success is In the Bag” in the September 2012 issue of Change Your Attitude…Change Your Life: 24/seven.

In the article, Kickham offers her top 10 tips for making travel an easier, more comfortable experience. Her list of what to bring along includes the “trifecta” for your flight to your destination: earplugs, eye shades and a blanket. “The ear plugs will drown out any noise,” she says. “The eyeshades will let you sleep during daylight. And a blanket will keep you warm when you’re at 35,000 feet.” She also advises travelers to keep homeopathic medicines such as Oscillococcinum and Arnicare Gel in their carry-on bags so they’re ready to nip flu-like symptoms in the bud or relieve potential muscle aches and stiffness.

Launched in November 2010 by Joan Herrmann, host and executive producer of the “Change Your Attitude…Change Your Life” radio show, Change Your Attitude…Change Your Life: 24/seven is a free monthly digital magazine for “personal growth and self-empowerment.” For more information and to read past issues, click here.
