Publications
DHH maintains a comprehensive publishing program to provide information to members of the Canadian Forces and the general public. The program includes: regulations, manuals of instructions, and reference texts on heritage subjects; videos to illustrate some of these matters; and historical publications.
The extant program is based on printed text, supplemented by videos. However, heritage publications are being converted to a multimedia format for distribution by CD-ROM. Thereafter, hard text will be by printout, where required.
Historical publications remain print-based. Some records are available on microfilm, CD-ROM as well as Online.
All history and heritage publications are available for review by visitors at DHH.
