PM Lee, ESM Goh to have wax figures at Madame Tussauds Singapore

SINGAPORE - Visitors to the new Madame Tussauds Singapore can look forward to taking selfies with the wax figures of local celebrities - as well as the lookalikes of political leaders including Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and Emeritus Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong.

PM Lee, who toured the museum which will officially open on Oct 25 at the Imbiah Lookout on Sentosa, took a selfie with his wax figure and posted it on his Facebook late Tuesday night. 

 


Mr Goh also posed for pictures with his wax figure.

 


The new Madame Tussauds Singapore is the brand’s 18th attraction around the world. It will feature wax figures of prominent local personalities such as singer Stefanie Sun, film-maker Jack Neo, actor-host Gurmit Singh and football legend Fandi Ahmad.

Other confirmed figures for the Singapore attraction include Amitabh Bachchan, Angelina Jolie, Audrey Hepburn, Brad Pitt, Bruce Lee, Elvis Presley, Leonardo DiCaprio, Lewis Hamilton, Madhuri Dixit, Madonna, Marilyn Monroe, Muhammad Ali, Nelson Mandela, Nicole Kidman, Queen Elizabeth II, Sachin Tendulkar, Sebastian Vettel, Serena Williams, Tiger Woods, Tom Cruise and Yao Ming.
