WATCH: Putin Lashes Out At West For Destabilizing World

In unusually blunt and candid remarks -- even for Vladimir Putin -- the Russian president lashed out on Friday at the U.S. for destabilizing the world order and called for new rules of the game to end the "double standard" of an American-led global system. He delivered his comments to the Valdai International Discussion Club, an annual event held in the Black Sea resort of Sochi.
