Ingredients Needed

Directions

  1. 1 Add 5-8 oz water to blender
  2. 2 Add 1 scoop ON 100% Whey.
  3. 3 Then add remaning ingredients.
  4. 4 Cover and blend for 30seconds.
  5. 5 Add 1-2 cups ice.
  6. 6 Blend until smooth and enjoy!!!

Other Notes

Top with 1 tbsp Fat Free Whip Cream for an extra special treat rnrn Pumpkin Pie Spice can be sub. for a dash of cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg.
