ONE critical decision to be made in our lives (aside from deciding which Facebook photo to post as a profile picture) happens to be selecting a college course. It can be a frustrating exercise as a streamlined process or one-size-fits-all approach has yet to be discovered. We’re talking four or five-year courses here—a significant amount of time best invested in the right pursuits. Having been through that (and graduating from a course that I’m very much proud of), here are a few do’s-and-don’ts I found helpful when choosing which course to take in college:
