Owl City 'Fireflies'
'Fireflies' by Owl City has been voted 2010's 'Record Of The Year'.

The single from Adam Young reached number one in January after achieving the same feat in the US in 2009.

It beat Lady GaGa and Beyoncé's duet 'Telephone' into second place. Alicia Keys's 'Empire State Of Mind (Part Two)' finished third, while 'Just The Way You Are' by Bruno Mars and 'Love The Way You Lie' by Eminem and Rihanna completed the top five.

The annual award began in 1998 and had been broadcast on ITV before being downgraded to an online poll in 2006.

Westlife have won the award on four occasions, before the television version was cancelled. GaGa picked up the trophy in 2009 with 'Poker Face'.
