Three people attending a baby shower in Brooklyn were wounded in a hail of bullets on Sunday night, police said.

A man and a woman, both 22, and a 21-year-old man were shot in a fusillade on the street in front of Remsen Hall, which was hosting the celebration, police said.

The three victims had been inside the banquet hall before they were shot. Their connection to the festivities is unclear, police said.

The older man was shot in the chest and the younger man was hit in the leg, police said. The woman took a bullet to the arm, according to cops.

The gunshots rang out around 8:30 p.m., shortly after 70 guests poured into the hall on Remsen Ave. near Lenox Road in Brownsville to celebrate the pregnancy, police and witnesses said.

Well-wishers carrying gifts were turned away from the crime scene, witnesses said.

The suspect, a man in his 20s, fled the scene on foot. Ken Murray/New York Daily News The suspect, a man in his 20s, fled the scene on foot.

“There were a dozen to 16 shots fired,” said a 43-year-old man who lives across the street. “Earlier, people were going in with gifts. There were a lot of people getting dropped off. It looked like a nice party.”

Two victims went to Kings County Hospital, the third to Brookdale University Hospital. All were stable, cops said.

Police were questioning partygoers at the scene.

“I was in the bathroom, when I came out I saw people yelling,” said Kiara Joseph, who was attending the baby shower.

Cops were searching for a man in his 20s who fled the scene on foot, police said. It was unclear if the suspect was aiming for people inside the hall or was targeting someone on the street.
