After some soggy weather yesterday, we will see some changes.  Mostly sunny to partly cloudy and dry skies will take over on your Friday.  Also, temperatures will be quite mild.  Daytime highs will again climb into the 50s and 60s in most locations.  Another weak storm system will approach this weekend.  More clouds and isolated showers will move into New Mexico Saturday with drying and sunnier skies on Sunday.

Today: Mostly sunny and mild, highs near 55°.  Tonight: Clear and cool, Lows near  36°.

Scattered rain showers and snow showers will be possible through the afternoon.  We could see 2-5″ of snow in parts of the Sangre De Cristos, more specifically the western slopes where a winter weather advisory will be in place from 11am to 11pm.  Meanwhile, temperatures will remain above average with highs in the 50s and 60s.  Tomorrow, temperatures will stay steady in the mid 50s and 60s and we’ll have drier and sunnier skies.

It was a cloudy but mild start to the day.  Temperatures in most locations stayed above freezing.  Through the afternoon it will be mostly cloudy and mild with temperatures staying some 10 plus degrees above average.  A few locations today will even see highs in the 70s.  A weak storm system will move by the state today bringing with it the chance for scattered showers and some high elevation snow.  This will mainly take place in northern and western parts of the state.  Tomorrow, an additional storm system will move through the region bringing a better chance for rain and mountain snow.

Today: Mostly cloudy, mainly dry, highs near 58°.  Tonight: Cloudy and mild, lows near 40°.

It’s going to be a very mild day.  Daytime highs will hit the 50s and 60s today with increasing cloud cover. Over the next few days we get our next storm system approaching.  This will bring about the chance for rain and snow in parts of NM.  Limited rain and snow showers will occur on Wednesday, but we’ll have a much better chance for rain and snow during the day on Thursday.

A weak front has moved into Eastern New Mexico, bringing in its wake much colder temperatures.  Daytime highs will hit the 30s and 40s for the eastern half of the state.  Central and Western portions of the state will be a bit more mild.  Lots of sunshine with highs in the 50s and 60s.   Over the next few days, temperatures will warm back up in advance of our next storm system.  Daytime highs will return to the upper 50s and 60s by the middle and end of the week.  By Wednesday, we could see some rain and mountain snow in Northern NM and Southern CO.
