They also collectively appreciated Vishal for boldly fighting against piracy and said that the title 'Aambala' suits him perfectly.

Sundar C who is working with Vishal for the second time said "Whenever I announce a film's title, people used to ask the reason behind the name but for Aambala they didn't ask because I guess the title suited him well".

Sundar C also regretted for showing the angelic Hansika as a ghost in Aranmanai but promised that audience will see all new beautiful Hansika in Aambala. The director also said that after TVSK and Aranmanai, he is hoping for a hat-trick with Hansika in Vishal's film.
On composer Hip hop Tamizha, Sundar C said " Aadhi will surely go places but I can proudly take the credit for introducing him to Tamil film industry".

Hansika who looked ravishing in a bright yellow saree, complimented Vishal for being a wonderful co-star and she wished the entire team a grand success.

The film's hero Vishal has asked everyone to come together for one minute silent prayer for the late K Balachander. Vishal also thanked Hip hop Tamizha for introducing a lot of independent artists in Aambala album and requested to continue with the same attitude forever.
The function's hero Hip Hop Tamizha 'Aadhi' first clarified that Hip hop Tamizha is a combined work of two persons he and his friend Jeeva. The composer also called Jeeva to the stage who felt little shy before the media.

Aadhi also thanked Sundar C and Vishal for the opportunity. The composer went down the memory lane by saying that he came to Chennai with big dreams but at first it didn't happen. Later while studying MBA he did the 'Clubla Mabla' with a different identity 'Hip hop Tamizha' so that his family members won't know.

The composer concluded his speech by thanking his fans for the immense support.
Earlier Aambala's trailer and two songs were screened at the function. Celebrities who came to the function said "After seeing the colorful visuals, they are confident that the business of Aambala will be over by today itself".
