Dillon Phillips and Harry Osborne have headed out on short-term youth loans while Ayo Obileye has extended his stay at Dagenham & Redbridge for another month.

Osborne has joined non-League neighbours Welling United until Saturday, February 7th and the defender made his Vanarama Conference debut in the Wings' 4-1 defeat at Forest Green Rovers on Sunday afternoon.

Elsewhere, Phillips has gone on loan to Vanarama Conference South outfit Bishop's Stortford.

The goalkeeper made his Blues debut in a 1-0 loss against nine-man Whitehawk on Sunday, who claimed all three points courtsey of Sam Deering's 66th-minute penalty.

19-year-old Phillips will represent the Hertfordshire side until Monday, February 2nd.

Obileye, meanwhile, has impressed for Dagenham since arriving at Victoria Park in November.

The powerful centre-back has made eight appearances for the League Two outfit and is expected to remain at the heart of Wayne Burnett's defence with his loan extended until February 7th.

All three have joined their respective clubs on youth loans, meaning they are eligible to represent Charlton's development squad during that time.
