A 22-year-old man has been arrested for calling the 191 hotline about 30 times a day and pleasuring himself when male officers answered the phone, police said on Tuesday.

Pol Maj Gen Panurat Lakboon, who is in charge of the 191 police unit, said Pitsanu Kohplub, a fourth year university student, called the emergency hotline 529 times in December.
“I frequently called the hotline because I was under a lot of stress and I wanted to relieve my pain,” Mr Pitsanu was quoted as saying by police.
The suspect also admitted that he masturbated when male police officers picked up his call. The 22-year-old said he was sorry and promised that he will not make harassing phone calls again.
He is liable to a fine of up to 1,000 baht and/or a jail term of one month.
Pol Maj Gen Panurat said some 250,0000 calls were made to the 191 hotline in November. About 54% of the calls were hoaxes.
He has instructed police to answer all calls made to the hotline. Most hoax callers were found to be children, he said. Officers could only warn them not to do it again. Adults who made hoax calls were fined 500 baht each, he added.

This illegal unlicensed New Life Surrogacy Centre is operating in Thailand still. I went to their officers last week and will post a video on my blog.

- Gay men who are STILL buying babies from Thailand engaging in Human Trafficking – their identity and their photos. Some are coming to take delivery of the children from Overseas this month as a surrogate was impregnated in April. We all know they pretend to be heterosexual, and many of them have been caught paying the surrogates to accompany them to the airport.
- Admissions on Websites that New Life Thailand is still operating – still exploiting Thai women – still selling babies to gay men
- Proof they hired new staff to keep working in their Thai Offices (from LinkedIn Profiles) – yet your media say the Police closed them!
- Proof and details of a business breaking Thai law http://www.thailawforum.com/medical-surrogacy-regulations/ to ship human embryos in and out of Thailand catering to gay baby buyers
- The fact that New Life Thailand’s director at one time faced human trafficking charges in her own country.
- The fact Thai police never received a notification from Interpol into the Japanese Businessman buying 20 babies from Thailand. It appears the fax was never sent, and the owner of this business has used the world media to behave as the hero when in fact she is a villain, and after her business was allegedly closed she’s even on CNN doing interviews about Commercial surrogacy in Thailand.

- Claims the Australian government has done a deal with Thailand to allow men who bought babies to leave the country, even after many cases of the Thai women being exploited and not being paid.
- Proof the foreign government sponsored media have been promoting her unlawful business

Even though the organization faces charges for human trafficking and thai gov / newspapers claimed it’s closed (they faked their closure for a month) They can’t seem to admit the organization is meant to have been shut down for human trafficking. The boss of this criminal enterprise also visits Vietnam.
This weekend I will post a video of my trip into new life offices at the Bangkok City Tower. Your own visa records confirm that I was only in Thailand for a week in the whole year. It could only have happened then. They have taken down their logo from the wall, but I assure you they are still operating their illegal business at the same address the Police raided.
