Café Restaurant is adjacent to the Anna Hoeve farm at Amsterdam Science Park. The owners, Hans van Twist and Dick Spanjer, are no strangers to the Amsterdam catering world: they also own the Plancius restaurant in the city centre and started out in the 1990s with Spanjer & Van Twist in de Nes. Polder is currently using temporary accommodation on Science Park road (formerly Kruislaan). The proprietors saw this as a challenge, building Polder with minimal resources literally from the ground up.

Polder is also suitable for business meetings: it has a separate room for meetings and presentations. A cultural programme is organized on summer weekends.

At Meet & Eat they serve drinks, snacks, meals, savory and sweet delights and coffee and tea varieties. Meet & Eat offers a varied and above all healthy lunch made with fresh products; a choice of healthy filled buns, fresh fruit juices, smoothies, fresh fruit salad and more. Meat & Eat accepts pin payments only.

For your meetings OSP provides you with fine coffee and tea, snacks, delicious freshly-made lunches ... and more. Your private meeting -either small or large-, your business meeting, dinner, reception or cocktail party will be organized to perfection by OSP, with tasty drinks, exquisite delicacies, delicious dishes and Champagne for celebrations.

Maslow is your living room at Science Park. A place where students and local residents feel at home. Come to Maslow for drinks and food for student prices.
Maslow has a Middle Eastern / Mediterranean cuisine. We make maximum use of responsible and healthy products. On our menu we have pita bread with homemade hummus, eggplant salad, lentil soup or our Maslow burger. At Maslow you can drink delicious organic coffee, beer and wine. All our products are also 'to go'.

Our Friday happy hour between 5-7 p.m. (vrijmibo) is already legendary. Maslow regularly hosts cultural events.  Keep informed through Facebook and our website.
