At first, booker Dusty Rhodes was hesitant towards using Scott Levy due to knowing him from his Florida days..

August 25, 1999: Raven signed a one-year contract with Extreme Championship Wrestling..

August 26, 1999: Raven made an electric return on ECW's debut on TNN helping Tommy Dreamer beat the Dudley Boyz!
