Participate in HMN’s May Holistic Living Challenge & Enter to Win Arnicare Prize Pack
The Holistic Moms Network (HMN), a non-profit organization that connects parents who are interested in holistic health and green living, continues to celebrate its 10th anniversary throughout 2013. As part of the celebration, HMN is challenging you to participate in its Holistic Living Challenges, a special campaign with monthly challenges, great prizes, and opportunities to learn and inspire others.
In honor of Mother’s Day, May’s challenge is “Take Care of YOU!” Get involved and share your experience for a chance to win great prizes, including an Arnicare prize pack from Boiron, featuring Arnicare Gel, Arnicare Tablets, Arnica montana 30C oral pellets, and an Easy Guide to Homeopathic Medicines (a $30 value). Here are some ideas to get you started:
– Connect with your local HMN chapter to learn what other moms are trying and get tips for your challenge.
– Cross a couple of things off your to-do list.
– Make time for yourself—you are important. Block out 30 minutes a day, or a larger chunk of time once a week, for some “mom-me-time,” to do something relaxing or enjoyable (not the laundry!).
– Let go—it’s okay to be less than perfect.
