Oscillococcinum Recognized as #1 Pharmacist Recommended Brand
Two weeks ago, we were excited to announce our Arnicare pain-relieving gel was recognized as the #1 pharmacist recommended brand in the “Homeopathic Topical Analgesics” category for the third consecutive year. Today, we’re happy to share with you that our Oscillococcinum flu medicine has also been recognized as the #1 pharmacist recommended brand in the “Homeopathic Flu Product” category by the U.S. News & World Report and Pharmacy Times’ 2014 Survey of Pharmacists’ OTC Recommendations.
Published in the June 2014 issue of Pharmacy Times, the survey asks thousands of pharmacists to declare their preferred recommendations on 1,100 over-the-counter brands in more than 150 product categories. For the last 18 years, its results have helped pharmacists more effectively counsel their patients by suggesting products that are highly recommended by their peers. Since 2012, the list of winners has been available to the public, thanks to a collaboration between U.S. News and Pharmacy Times. U.S. News has organized products into 14 broad groups, such as Cough/Cold/Allergy, First Aid, and Pain/Inflammation, and shared these top recommended health products on their site, http://health.usnews.com/health-products. This year’s winners are also available in a new mobile app, so consumers can access the list while shopping via their Android or iOS device.
