WHICH SERVICES ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
Besides access to the match, prices also include access to hospitality areas with catering service starting one hour before the game and ending half an hour after full-time.
WHAT DOES CATERING CONSIST OF?
Catering consists of a cocktail buffet. Light catering (soft drinks, beers, wines and appetizers) is served during the hour preceding kick-off, while the bulk of the service (including hot meals) is served at half-time. Desserts are brought out after the match. All sorts of drinks, including spirits, are served.
HOW MAY I PURCHASE TICKETS?
In order to book and purchase your tickets you should contact Real Madrid’s Corporate Hospitality specifying the following:
The match you wish to attend, the number of tickets you want to buy and the hospitality section you wish to sit in.
If you are making a purchase as a company, you must provide the following:
- The company’s name
- An official address
- Its VAT/Fiscal number
- A contact number
- An e-mail address
If you are making a purchase as an individual, you must provide the following:
- Your full name
- Your passport number
- Your full address
- A contact number
- An e-mail address
If you do not need an invoice we will regard your purchase as a direct sale, just as if you’d made it at a ticket office of the stadium, and you will only need to provide us with a name and contact number. Tickets have prices and our fiscal number printed on them and may therefore be used as invoices.
Real Madrid’s Coporate Hospitality will confirm bookings and send payment orders via e-mail with our bank details and a payment deadline. In order to confirm the purchase, clients must pay for tickets via bank transfer, or in cash or credit card. Once paid, invoices will be sent via standard mail.
HOW AND WHEN MAY TICKETS BE COLLECTED?
Once paid, tickets may be collected during the week of the match at our offices (Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, Gate 55), from 10.00 to 19.00 H., Monday through friday, and on the match day itself during the two hours preceding kick-off.
As payments via bank transfer may take a few days to be effective, we recommend clients to contact us to confirm if tickets are already available for collection.
Tickets will be identified by the company/individual name provided. They may be collected by any person identified by the original buyer.
Tickets will not be delivered to hotels or any other place outside the stadium during any of the hours mentioned above.
FOR WHICH MATCHES MAY I PURCHASE TICKETS?
Tickets for games go on sale as the season unfolds. To find out about matches for which tickets are already available, please feel free to contact us or visit www.realmadrid.com.
CAN MATCH TIMES AND DATES EVER CHANGE?
Games are scheduled on Sundays by default, but may take place on Saturdays or some other week day. Final dates and times are announced approximately ten days before each game. For more information please visit www.realmadrid.com during that time.
WHY ARE TICKETS FOR OTHER MATCHES OR AT DIFFERENT PRICES ALSO LISTED ON THE INTERNET?
The only official way to purchase tickets is directly through Real Madrid’s Corporate Hospitality, or at www.ticketmaster.es and www.entradas.com. Real Madrid’s Corporate Hospitality sells tickets to several travel agencies that offer packages for tourists, but Real Madrid will never be held responsible for said packages. There are also plenty of black market websites that offer tickets they do not own.
CAN I PURCHASE REGULAR TICKETS?
Real Madrid’s Corporate Hospitality only sells hospitality products. Regular tickets are sold at the ticket offices of the stadium and at www.ticketmaster.es and www.entradas.com from approximately one week before the game, never before.
