“To provide high quality workforce development services that ensure a competitive, empowered workforce and a growing economy in the region, by effectively linking employers and job seekers. This will be accomplished by implementing integrated, customer-focused systems for delivery of employment, education and professional development services that prepare job seekers for careers and lifelong learning.
