U.S. Factory Service Schools

Now get 36 Hours of NATE Continuing Education Hours while learning about our New Indigo Ice machines! 

Factory Service School training includes 4 1/2 days of in-depth classroom and hands on instruction. Includes a hands-on area with 25+ operating ice machines that the instructor has rigged to malfunction.

Technicians who attend Introductory Factory Schools receive the same amount of information as Advanced Factory School technicians, however the Introductory class is more detail oriented.

**We reserve the right to change dates or cancel classes as circumstances require.  Minimum number of Students for Factory Training is 15 people.  We will cancel the class if the 15 student minimum is not met two weeks prior to training.

Per Person Cost
Distributor Factory School - $795
Technician Factory Service School - $795
(FAS) Factory Authorized Service Factory School - $755

Tuition includes double occupancy hotel room shared with another attendee (single rooms available at additional cost) Sunday night through Friday morning, breakfast Monday through Friday and buffet lunch Monday through Thursday.  Subtract $30.00 per person for two or more people attending from the same company.
