CARY: THE MARIAM CYCLES // SET + COSTUME DESIGNER
CONCEPT: The second part of the site-specific performances exploring contemporary theatre practise and the clssical text of "The Tragedy of Mariam" by Elizabeth Cary. This piece was set in a semi-derelict art gallery with each space designed as art installations for each character in the play. I designed the majourity of installations with abandoned items and objects found in the space, mixed with other items like wool, tape, paper, lamps and props.
