National Midget Development Camps

Team Green Win IHA 2008 National Midget Development Camp Intersquad Title

Forty two players and seven instructor/supervisors participated in IHA's Annual Midget Development Camp from the 20th to the 27th January 2008 in Myuna Bay, NSW and Hunter Ice Skating Stadium.

Players represented all six IHA Member State Associations. The level of skill and play was much improved over the previous years as was witnessed at the Final Intersquad Game. Team Green once again took the honors in a closely fought match of 5 - 2. Attending fans stated this was by far the best Midget game they have seen in a number of years.

Congratulations to all participating players, coaching staff, Myuna Bay Sport & Rec Staff, the Hunter Ice Skating Stadium and Port Stephens Coaches for a very successful camp. Ice and accommodations are already booked and plans underway for the 2009 camp which will run from Sunday 11th to the 18th of January 2009.
