Colleen Castille

Colleen Castille is a principal in the Fiorentino Group, a government relations firm with offices in Tallahassee, Jacksonville and Tampa. She brings to the board extensive state experience in public policy, particularly environmental protection. She served as Secretary for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (2004-2007) and the Florida Department of Community Affairs (2003-2004), reporting to and advising the Governor while overseeing a state workforce of more than 5,000. She led the team responsible for the 2006 Florida Energy Act and was instrumental in strengthening Florida's building code to help resist hurricane force winds across the state.
